Want to volunteer with us?
Whatever your skills and experience, and however much time you can offer, we have a volunteering opportunity for you. You’ll get support and training if you need it, you’ll meet lots of new people and you’ll make a real difference to the lives of children.
We value the support of every single volunteer. Without them, it wouldn’t be possible to achieve the outcomes that we have for children in South Africa.
To become a volunteer, you will need to complete The Volunteer Application Form.
Once the application is completed, the application form and required documentation must be emailed to fundraisingassistant@homeofhope.co.za
The following documents are required in addition to the Application Form when applying to be part of our volunteer programme:
- Three contactable references
- A certified copy of your ID
- A valid police clearance certificate
Without the accompanying documents, your application form will not be processed. Once all documentation has been received, the various processes and volunteer options will be explained to you.

Fundraising for us
Do you feel that you want to do more? You can help us by hosting your own fundraising initiative or special event on our behalf.
Fundraising for Home of Hope is a great way for families, friends, community groups, schools and businesses to make a difference.
You don’t have to be a seasoned fundraiser to raise money for Home of Hope. All it takes is the same passion that got you here in the first place and to get those around you involved. All of us have great resources within ourselves and in our immediate family, friendship circle, community or work place.
